We work hard to keep the Website available, but we can't guarantee it will be free of downtime. Some features require you to register an account with a secure password. Prices
Prices shown on diamondsbydrish.com are in US Dollars and do not include shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown and invoiced at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; any change will be reflected in your order total before you complete a purchase. If an obviously incorrect price appears due to human or technical error and is not corrected before checkout, the affected order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
Availability
We will do our best to fulfill every order once it is placed and paid for. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is confirmed, we will notify you and either offer a comparable replacement or refund the price paid for that item.
Secure Payment
We use SSL encryption to keep transactions secure, and payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 5–7 business days after processing; expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time before shipping — estimated timelines for these items will be communicated at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by a third-party carrier, the customer, or events outside our control. If a package is not received, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Right of Return
Diamonds by Drish LLC allows you 14 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible product you are not satisfied with, at your own expense, in its original and complete condition, with proof of purchase. Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or resized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective. Items that are damaged, missing original packaging, or show signs of wear beyond inspection will not be accepted for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name and description. Diamonds by Drish LLC offers an SMS messaging program that may include: (a) marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers, discounts, and promotions, when you separately opt in to marketing messages; and (b) informational messages, such as responses to inquiries and order updates, when you separately opt in to informational messages.
Voluntary consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Marketing consent and informational-message consent are collected separately. You may choose one, both, or neither category.
Message frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the program category selected. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Opt-out. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
Rejoining. To rejoin after opting out, complete the applicable opt-in process again at https://www.diamondsbydrish.com/contactus. We will resume messages only after receiving a new valid opt-in.
